Apple and AT&T sued over 3G performance of the iPhone (Yes Again!)

After getting a Clean chit on the Apple iPhone 3G hardware, Apple and AT&T are now facing a second lawsuit this time in San Diego. iPhone 3G user William Gillis claims that the AT&T network cannot handle the millions of iPhone 3G connections sold by them. Thus leading to poor service.

Apple has been blamed for misrepresenting the speeds of the iPhone 3G!
